Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain DevOps processes and systems to support the delivery of our products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
Oversee the deployment and configuration of infrastructure and applications.
Monitor and troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to maintain high system availability.
Conduct regular performance tuning and capacity planning exercises to ensure optimal system performance.
Work closely with development teams to ensure code quality, security, and scalability.
Implement and maintain automation tools for testing, deployment, and infrastructure management.
Continuously evaluate and improve our DevOps processes and systems to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, providing guidance and expertise to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor��s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps role.
Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
In-depth knowledge of DevOps tools and technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible, etc.
Experience with scripting and coding languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
Knowledge of database management and SQL.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team.
Relevant certifications (e.g. AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus.
