About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Test Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the testing efforts for our software products. You will work closely with the development team to ensure the quality and reliability of our products meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage all testing activities for multiple software projects, including creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and product owners, to understand project requirements and identify potential issues.
• Design and execute manual and automated tests to validate software functionality, performance, and usability.
• Develop and maintain test tools and frameworks to improve efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders, including recommendations for improvements.
• Identify and escalate any critical issues or risks that may impact the quality of the software.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve the testing process.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of the testing process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in test planning, test case creation, and test execution.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of test engineers.
• Extensive knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in creating and maintaining automated test scripts using industry-standard tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.
