We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Junior Platform Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Platform Engineer, you will work closely with our senior engineers to design, develop, and maintain our platform infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to kickstart their career in platform engineering and gain hands-on experience with modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior engineers to design and implement platform solutions that meet business requirements
• Develop and maintain automation tools for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to platform infrastructure and applications
• Monitor platform performance and identify areas for improvement
• Assist in the implementation of security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and integrity of the platform
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our platform

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in platform engineering or a similar role
• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems and shell scripting
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Chef, Puppet, or Ansible
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
