Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of blockchain-based applications and solutions for our company.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
Design and implement smart contracts for various use cases.
Develop and maintain blockchain infrastructure, including nodes, wallets, and other related components.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to blockchain implementation.
Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in blockchain technology, and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
Mentor and guide junior team members in blockchain development best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in blockchain development, with a deep understanding of blockchain principles, protocols, and frameworks.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Java, or C++.
Experience with smart contract development and implementation.
Familiarity with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Corda.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex blockchain projects.

Preferred Qualifications:
