Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of blockchain solutions that align with the company's goals and objectives
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential use cases for blockchain technology
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement blockchain solutions
Develop and implement protocols for various blockchain networks
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in blockchain technology
Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
Continuously optimize and improve existing blockchain solutions
Ensure the security, scalability, and efficiency of blockchain solutions
Manage and maintain blockchain networks and infrastructure
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years of experience in blockchain technology
Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals and various blockchain protocols (Ethereum, Hyperledger, etc.)
Proficient in programming languages such as Solidity, Java, C++, etc.
Experience with smart contract development and deployment
In-depth knowledge of cryptography and secure coding practices
Proven experience in designing and implementing complex blockchain solutions
Experience with blockchain-related tools and frameworks (Truffle, Ganache, etc.)
Strong understanding of decentralized applications (dApps) and web3 technologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
