Salary: $69 Per hour

Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Automation Specialist to join our team. As a Junior Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of automated systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity within our organization. You will work closely with our Automation team to design, test, and troubleshoot automation solutions that will streamline our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior automation specialists to understand business needs and develop automation solutions that meet those needs
• Assist in the design and development of automated processes, including coding, scripting, and testing
• Work with various departments to identify areas for automation and gather requirements for automation projects
• Participate in the implementation and maintenance of automation tools, ensuring they are functioning properly and meeting business requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with automation processes, escalating to senior team members when necessary
• Document all automation processes and procedures for future reference and training purposes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation technology to continuously improve our processes and systems
• Provide training and support to end users on how to utilize automated systems and processes effectively

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in automation or a similar role
• Strong understanding of automation concepts and tools such as RPA, scripting languages, and process orchestration
• Proficient in coding and scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
• Experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
