Salary: $138 Per hour

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. As the Principal Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions that will improve the efficiency and reliability of our processes. You will play a critical role in driving our company's automation strategy and will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and to develop innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of automation strategies, including the evaluation and selection of tools and technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize processes that can be automated
• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using a variety of tools and technologies, such as robotic process automation (RPA), machine learning, and artificial intelligence
• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of automation solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are error-free
• Monitor and continuously improve the performance of existing automation solutions
• Provide guidance and support to junior automation specialists and other team members
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the field of automation and make recommendations for their implementation
• Act as a subject matter expert on automation for the organization and provide training and support to end-users
• Collaborate with vendors and external partners to integrate their solutions into our automation ecosystem
• Prepare and present reports and updates on automation projects to senior management

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in automation, with at least 3 years in a leadership or principal role
• Strong knowledge and experience with automation technologies, such as RPA, machine learning, and artificial intelligence
• Experience with programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C#
• Proficiency in data analysis and understanding of databases
• Proven experience in designing and implementing automation strategies and solutions
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proven experience in training and mentoring team members
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
