Salary: $138 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Principal IT Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful IT solutions to clients. As a Principal IT Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing strategic guidance, driving innovation, and managing the overall delivery of IT projects for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT solutions for our clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on technology solutions to meet client requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends and developments, and identify opportunities to incorporate them into our solutions.
• Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of existing IT systems and processes, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide thought leadership on complex IT projects.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of various technology solutions, including cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with clients in diverse industries and managing client relationships.
• Certifications in project management, ITIL, or other relevant areas are a plus.
