Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop virtual reality applications, experiences, and games using Unity, Unreal, or other game engines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including artists, designers, and engineers, to create immersive and engaging virtual reality experiences
Optimize virtual reality applications for performance, stability, and usability across various platforms and devices
Implement user interface and interaction design in virtual reality environments
Integrate audio, video, and other multimedia elements into virtual reality experiences
Develop and maintain virtual reality development tools, systems, and pipelines
Stay up-to-date with the latest virtual reality technologies, tools, and techniques
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Contribute to the development of technical documentation and best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in virtual reality development
Strong proficiency in C# and/or C++
Extensive experience with game engines such as Unity or Unreal
Solid understanding of virtual reality concepts, principles, and best practices
Experience with 3D graphics, physics, and animation in virtual reality environments
Knowledge of audio and video integration in virtual reality applications
Familiarity with user interface and interaction design in virtual reality
Experience with version control systems, such as Git
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Passion for virtual reality and gaming
