Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Lead Augmented Reality Developer to join our dynamic team. As a leader in the technology industry, we are constantly pushing the boundaries and exploring new possibilities in the world of Augmented Reality (AR). We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual to lead our AR development team and bring our ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of AR developers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, and product managers to develop and execute AR projects
• Research and implement new AR technologies, tools, and techniques to enhance our AR capabilities and stay ahead of the competition
• Design and develop high-quality AR applications for various platforms including mobile, web, and wearable devices
• Continuously optimize AR applications for performance, stability, and user experience
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in AR to inform decision-making and drive innovation
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for AR projects
• Act as a subject matter expert for AR development, providing guidance and support to other teams within the company
• Collaborate with clients to understand their AR needs and provide solutions that align with their goals and objectives
• Lead user testing and gather feedback to improve AR applications
• Identify and provide solutions for any technical issues that may arise during the development process
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AR development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in AR development tools such as Unity, Unreal Engine, ARKit, ARCore, or Vuforia
• Experience with 3D modeling and animation tools such as Maya or Blender
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as C#, C++, and JavaScript
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• A strong portfolio showcasing your AR projects and technical skills
