Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the development and implementation of AI solutions for our company
Research, explore, and evaluate the latest AI technologies and tools to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop AI solutions to address them
Develop and maintain AI models and algorithms to analyze and interpret large datasets
Identify and analyze data patterns, trends, and insights to inform business decisions
Design and implement AI solutions to automate processes and improve efficiency
Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and scalability of AI solutions through rigorous testing and validation
Provide guidance and support to junior AI analysts and data scientists
Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in the AI industry and continuously enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI development and implementation
Strong understanding of AI concepts, algorithms, and tools such as machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, etc.
Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or R
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team
Excellent communication and presentation skills
