Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of game testers, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure high-quality testing
Develop and implement testing strategies and plans for new game releases and updates
Collaborate with game developers to identify and report bugs, glitches, and other issues
Conduct thorough and detailed testing, including gameplay, graphics, audio, and overall functionality
Prioritize and assign tasks to team members, ensuring efficient and timely completion of testing
Analyze and report on testing results, providing recommendations for improvements and enhancements
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in gaming technology to continuously improve testing processes
Manage and maintain testing equipment and tools to ensure accurate and efficient testing
Work closely with project managers and other team members to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality games to market
Mentor and train new team members to ensure a strong and knowledgeable testing team

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in game testing, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role
Extensive knowledge of different gaming platforms and devices, including PC, console, and mobile
Strong understanding of game development processes and the ability to identify and resolve technical issues
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Team player with strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Passion for gaming and a keen eye for detail
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
