Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of complex systems and solutions, from concept to implementation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions
Conduct system analysis, design, and testing to ensure high-quality and efficient solutions
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development
Develop and maintain system architecture and design documentation
Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
Participate in technical reviews and provide recommendations for improvement
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in system engineering to drive innovation and efficiency within the team

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in system engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Extensive knowledge of system design, development, and integration
Strong experience with system architecture, including hardware, software, and networking components
Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, or Python
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor junior engineers
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with tight deadlines
