Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

Salary: $107 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our company���s IT infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of all hardware, software, and network systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the company���s IT infrastructure.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all hardware, software, and network systems.
• Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT infrastructure needs.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the security, stability, and efficiency of the company���s IT systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Plan and execute disaster recovery strategies to minimize downtime in the event of a system failure.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in IT infrastructure to make recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and data security.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware and software purchases.
• Prepare and manage the IT infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor���s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Proven experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, server administration, and security protocols.
• Familiarity with virtualization, cloud computing, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a timely manner.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or PMP are a plus.
