Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead IT Infrastructure Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. As the Lead IT Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems. You will lead a team of IT professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure that our infrastructure is secure, efficient, and aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, storage systems, and virtualized environments.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the security, reliability, and availability of our infrastructure.
• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT infrastructure needs and develop solutions that meet business requirements.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality IT services.
• Develop and manage the IT infrastructure budget, tracking expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology and make recommendations for improvements and upgrades to our infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with a variety of infrastructure technologies, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization.
• Strong knowledge of IT security principles and best practices.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven experience in managing and developing a team of IT professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with budget management and cost optimization.
• Certifications in relevant technologies (such as Microsoft, Cisco, or VMware) are a plus.
