Salary: $123 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Mobile QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Mobile QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our mobile applications by leading a team of QA engineers and implementing effective testing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile testing, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for our mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive test strategy to ensure the quality of our mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and identify potential areas for testing.
• Work closely with developers to ensure that all defects are identified, reported, and resolved in a timely manner.
• Continuously improve the testing process by implementing new tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Monitor and track defects throughout the testing cycle, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile QA testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of mobile testing methodologies and tools such as Appium, Calabash, and XCTest.
• Experience with API testing and automation tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Swift, or Kotlin.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on schedule.
