Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system integration requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs
Design and implement integration solutions using various technologies such as APIs, web services, ETL tools, and middleware
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner
Develop and maintain technical documentation for integration processes and systems
Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve integration processes
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in system integration to recommend enhancements and optimizations
Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications
Assist in the training and support of end-users on new and existing integration processes
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system security and compliance standards are met
Provide regular updates on project progress to management and escalate any issues as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in system integration or a similar role
Strong understanding of integration technologies such as APIs, web services, ETL, and middleware
Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
Knowledge of database concepts and SQL
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
