Key Responsibilities:

Lead the integration of systems and applications within the organization, including but not limited to ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other business-critical systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design integration solutions that meet business needs.
Develop and maintain integration solutions using industry-standard tools and technologies.
Configure, test, and troubleshoot integration solutions to ensure seamless functionality.
Monitor and maintain the performance of integrated systems, and proactively identify and resolve any issues.
Provide technical expertise and support to teams for integration-related queries and issues.
Develop and maintain integration documentation, including design documents, user guides, and technical specifications.
Stay updated on the latest integration trends and technologies, and make recommendations for system improvements.
Lead and mentor junior integration specialists, and provide guidance on complex integration tasks.
Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth integration of their systems with our organization's systems.
Participate in project planning and provide estimates for integration tasks.
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively to provide updates on integration projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in system integration, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
Extensive experience with integration tools and technologies, such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar.
Strong understanding of various integration methods, including REST, SOAP, and ETL.
Experience with ERP, CRM, and HRIS systems, and their integration with other applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of Agile methodology and project management tools.
Certification in system integration or related field is a plus.
