Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Principal System Integration Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Principal System Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex system integration solutions for our organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration of various systems and applications to improve business processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of complex system integration solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design integration solutions that meet those requirements.
• Evaluate and select appropriate integration technologies and tools to ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of the integration solutions.
• Develop and maintain integration standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues in the integration process.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in system integration technologies and make recommendations for their implementation.
• Lead and mentor a team of system integration specialists to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other teams to ensure the successful integration of new systems and applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation of integration processes, procedures, and configurations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in system integration, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior role.
• Strong knowledge of system integration technologies and tools such as ETL, API, and middleware.
• Experience with cloud-based integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.
• In-depth understanding of enterprise architecture and integration patterns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of system integration specialists.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
