Job Title: IT Systems Manager

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $107 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Manager to join our dynamic team. As an IT Systems Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of all IT systems within the organization. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure and providing technical support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for the efficient and effective use of technology systems in support of business objectives
• Manage and maintain the organization's hardware, software, and network infrastructure
• Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT systems, including servers, storage, databases, and applications
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime and minimize downtime
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure data security, reliability, and accessibility
• Oversee the procurement and installation of new hardware and software, ensuring compatibility with existing systems
• Manage the IT budget and make recommendations for investments in new technology
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on various IT systems and applications
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for system upgrades and enhancements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems management, preferably in a corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of server and network infrastructure, including virtualization, storage, and backup solutions
• Experience with cloud computing, preferably in a hybrid environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other common business applications
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and end-users
• Proven ability to develop and implement IT policies and procedures
• Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), are a plus
