Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead IT Systems Manager to join our growing team. As the Lead IT Systems Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's IT systems and infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently to support our business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of IT professionals in the management, maintenance, and support of all company IT systems and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of our systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for leveraging technology to drive business growth.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of new IT systems and upgrades to existing systems.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize performance and reduce downtime.
• Manage and negotiate contracts with external vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize the impact of potential system failures.
• Provide technical expertise and support to resolve complex IT issues and serve as the escalation point for critical incidents.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology and make recommendations for the adoption of new tools and strategies to improve our systems and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT systems management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of server and network infrastructure, virtualization, cloud services, and security protocols.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team of IT professionals.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• IT certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are preferred.
