Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of IT Systems Analysts in the development, implementation, and maintenance of our systems
Develop and maintain system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of systems to ensure they meet business requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our systems and processes
Develop and maintain documentation for systems and processes
Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
of experience in a similar role, with of experience in a leadership position
Strong experience in system analysis, design, and development
Experience with
Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge of and its systems is a plus
