Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Security Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with our senior data security analysts to identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate risks. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze security alerts and events to identify potential threats to our company's data
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify any weaknesses in our systems
• Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure that security measures are integrated into all aspects of our company's operations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies to identify potential risks and propose solutions
• Respond to security incidents and conduct thorough investigations to determine the root cause and implement necessary remediation actions
• Provide regular reports on the status of our company's data security to senior management
• Participate in risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating any identified risks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a data security role, preferably in a corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of information security principles, practices, and protocols
• Familiarity with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners
• Experience with security incident response and investigation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
