Position: Lead Data Warehouse Specialist

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $123 Per hour

Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Data Warehouse Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team. As the Lead Data Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our data warehouse infrastructure. This is a key role within our organization and you will play a critical role in driving our data strategy and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data warehouse infrastructure to support the storage and retrieval of large amounts of data
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract data from various sources and load it into the data warehouse
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and gather data requirements
• Design and implement data quality checks and monitoring processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Develop and maintain data models to support reporting and analytics needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data warehouse and ETL processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data warehousing and make recommendations for improvements to our data infrastructure
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide data solutions to support their objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data warehousing, ETL development, and data modeling
• Strong experience with SQL and ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS
• Experience with data warehouse design and implementation
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality data solutions within tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions such as Amazon Redshift or Snowflake is a plus
