Job Description: As a Junior Software Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by conducting thorough testing and identifying and reporting any defects. You will work closely with our development team to understand project requirements and create detailed test plans. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be crucial in identifying and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the development process.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for our software products
• Conduct thorough testing of new features and functionalities
• Identify and report any defects or issues found during testing
• Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and provide feedback on potential risks
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards are met
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of test cases and results
• Continuously improve and streamline the testing process
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in software testing
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and processes
• Experience with test management tools such as JIRA or TestRail
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
