Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ML Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an ML Specialist, you will work closely with our data scientists and engineers to design, build, and deploy machine learning models that will drive business growth and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to understand business objectives and design machine learning solutions that meet those objectives
• Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models to analyze large datasets and extract valuable insights
• Utilize a variety of programming languages and tools (such as Python, R, TensorFlow, etc.) to build and deploy machine learning models
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify patterns and trends, and use this information to improve existing models and develop new ones
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and data science, and apply new techniques and technologies to improve existing models and processes
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into existing systems and processes
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of machine learning models, and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal accuracy and efficiency
• Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure data quality and integrity for machine learning projects
• Mentor and train junior team members on machine learning best practices and techniques

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
• Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, such as regression, classification, and clustering
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
