Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of ML solutions that meet business objectives and drive growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to identify and define ML use cases.
Design and develop ML models, algorithms, and pipelines to analyze large and complex datasets.
Apply advanced ML techniques, including deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision, to solve complex business problems.
Build and maintain ML infrastructure, including data pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring systems.
Lead the evaluation and selection of ML tools, frameworks, and libraries to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
Mentor and coach junior ML specialists, providing technical guidance and support to drive their professional growth.
Stay updated with the latest ML techniques, tools, and trends, and continuously improve our ML capabilities.
Collaborate with the data privacy and security teams to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum of years of experience in developing and deploying ML solutions in a production environment.
In-depth knowledge of ML techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
Proficient in programming languages commonly used in ML, such as Python, R, and Java.
Experience with ML frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deal with complex and large datasets.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of delivering ML solutions that drive business value and impact.
Experience in mentoring and coaching junior team members.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices is a plus.
