Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AI Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As the Lead AI Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cutting-edge AI infrastructure. Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of AI infrastructure including data pipelines, storage, and processing systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Implement and maintain scalable and reliable AI infrastructure that can support our growing data needs
• Identify and evaluate new technologies and tools to optimize and improve existing infrastructure
• Develop and maintain best practices for data management, storage, and security
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure smooth integration and deployment of AI models
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to AI infrastructure
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI infrastructure and recommend relevant updates and improvements to our systems
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects and meet project goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing AI infrastructure
• Proven experience with data management, storage, and processing systems such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, and/or C++
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning concepts and frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience in leading and managing a team is a plus
