Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research through a variety of methods, including surveys, interviews, usability testing, and data analysis
Work closely with the UX design team to identify research objectives and develop research plans that align with business goals
Analyze data and synthesize findings to provide actionable insights that inform design decisions
Create and maintain research documentation, such as personas, user journeys, and research reports
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to understand user needs and iterate on design solutions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research
Assist in organizing and conducting user testing sessions and other research activities
Support the team in developing and implementing research strategies that align with our company's vision and goals

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in UX research, preferably in a fast-paced, agile environment
Demonstrated knowledge of various research methods and tools
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Passion for understanding user needs and behaviors
Familiarity with design thinking and user-centered design principles
Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work
