Overview: Lobox is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Performance Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Software Performance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the performance and scalability of our software products. You will work closely with our development team to identify potential performance issues, design and implement solutions, and conduct thorough performance testing to ensure optimal performance of our software.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to understand software requirements and design performance test plans.
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts using industry-standard tools.
• Execute performance tests and analyze results to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
• Develop and maintain performance monitoring tools and processes to proactively identify and address potential performance issues.
• Conduct load testing to assess the scalability of our software products.
• Continuously improve and optimize our software products to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide recommendations and implement solutions to improve performance and scalability of our software.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest performance testing tools and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software performance engineering.
• Proven experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, and Gatling.
• Strong understanding of software performance metrics and monitoring tools.
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
