Salary: $123 Per hour

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Performance Engineer to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Software Performance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing performance tests and analyzing the results to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of performance engineers to achieve project goals and meet tight deadlines.
• Develop and maintain performance testing strategies, frameworks, and scripts for all software products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance requirements and incorporate them into the development process.
• Plan and execute performance tests in various environments, including web, mobile, and cloud-based platforms.
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement.
• Monitor and track the performance of our software products in production and proactively identify and resolve any performance issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance engineering and recommend any necessary changes to improve our processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software performance engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of performance testing tools, such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and Gatling.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and diagnostic tools, such as New Relic and Dynatrace.
• Experience with performance testing in a variety of environments, including web, mobile, and cloud-based platforms.
• In-depth understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
