Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement and maintain identity access systems
Monitor and troubleshoot access issues, ensuring timely resolution
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established security policies and procedures
Manage user access requests, approvals, and revocations
Configure and maintain user accounts, groups, and roles within the identity access systems
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to identity access management
Develop and document standard operating procedures for identity access management processes
Provide training and support to end-users on identity access systems and processes
Conduct risk assessments and implement necessary controls to mitigate potential risks
Participate in security incident response and investigations when necessary

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in identity access management or a related field
Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and concepts
Experience with identity access systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, or IAM platforms
Knowledge of security standards and regulations, such as HIPAA and GDPR
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Relevant certifications, such as CISSP or CISM, are a plus.
