Salary: $138 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Identity Access Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Principal Identity Access Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's identity access management strategy. This is a critical role that plays a vital role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the company's identity access management strategy, policies, and procedures in alignment with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of identity access management systems, tools, and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that identity access management requirements are integrated into all systems and applications across the organization.
• Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness and efficiency of identity access management controls and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in identity access management and make strategic recommendations to enhance the company's security posture.
• Oversee the management of user access requests, approvals, and revocation processes to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify any vulnerabilities or weaknesses in the identity access management system and take proactive measures to address them.
• Provide guidance and expertise to other teams within the organization on identity access management best practices and procedures.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure the effective delivery of identity access management solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in identity access management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Extensive knowledge of identity access management principles, practices, and technologies.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and HIPAA.
• Experience with identity access management tools such as Okta, SailPoint, or ForgeRock.
• Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing identity access management solutions in a complex, enterprise-level environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA, are highly preferred.
