Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify digital transformation opportunities and develop a strategic plan for implementation.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential areas for digital transformation.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for digital transformation initiatives.
Lead and support the execution of digital projects, including but not limited to website redesign, mobile app development, and process automation.
Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions and systems.
Monitor and track the progress of digital transformation initiatives and provide regular updates to senior management.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks to ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies, and make recommendations for their adoption in our organization.
Act as a change agent and promote a digital-first mindset within the organization.
Develop and implement training programs to upskill employees on digital tools and technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in a digital transformation role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
In-depth knowledge of digital technologies and trends, with a passion for staying updated with the latest developments.
Proven track record of successfully implementing digital projects and initiatives.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
