Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Blockchain Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Blockchain Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of cutting-edge blockchain solutions for our organization. You will be responsible for designing, building, and managing blockchain-based systems, as well as providing technical expertise and support to our team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop blockchain-based solutions to meet the specific needs of our organization and clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain platforms and protocols for different use cases.
• Design and implement smart contracts and other blockchain applications.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of blockchain systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to blockchain systems and applications.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the blockchain technology landscape.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and clients.
• Conduct research and experiments to improve existing blockchain systems and processes.
• Document and communicate technical solutions and processes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor���s or Master���s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and implementing blockchain solutions.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, protocols, and platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, and Corda.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Java, and C++.
• Experience with smart contract development and deployment.
• Knowledge of cryptographic principles and security practices.
• Familiarity with DevOps and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with blockchain-based supply chain management systems.
• Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
• Understanding of decentralized applications (DApps) and decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs).
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to blockchain technology.
