Job Title: Lead Blockchain Specialist

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $123 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Blockchain Specialist to join our team. As the Lead Blockchain Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading all blockchain-related projects within our organization. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement blockchain solutions that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of blockchain technology, as well as experience in project management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of blockchain solutions within the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize blockchain use cases that align with business goals
• Research and evaluate new blockchain technologies and platforms to determine the best fit for our organization
• Develop and maintain blockchain architecture, standards, and best practices
• Manage and mentor a team of blockchain developers and engineers
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members on blockchain projects
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure the successful integration of blockchain solutions
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timelines and milestones are met
• Conduct regular training and knowledge sharing sessions to educate team members on blockchain technology
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in blockchain technology and make recommendations for implementation within the organization
• Act as a subject matter expert on blockchain, providing guidance and support to stakeholders across the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in blockchain development and implementation
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, including consensus algorithms, smart contracts, and distributed ledger systems
• Experience with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Corda
• Proven track record of leading and delivering successful blockchain projects
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Passionate about blockchain technology and its potential to disrupt industries
• Professional certifications in blockchain technology are a plus
