Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal AR/VR Specialist to join our dynamic team. As the Principal AR/VR Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) technologies. Your expertise in AR/VR technology and strong leadership skills will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of AR/VR projects, including defining project scope, timelines, and resources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch innovative AR/VR products and services
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest AR/VR trends, technologies, and best practices
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry experts to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition
• Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical expertise, feedback, and support to help them grow in their roles
• Manage project budgets and ensure timely delivery within allocated resources
• Identify and address any technical challenges or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
• Communicate project progress, updates, and results to key stakeholders and senior management
• Act as a subject matter expert and represent the company at industry conferences, events, and meetings

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in developing AR/VR products and services
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex AR/VR projects
• Strong knowledge of AR/VR software development tools, platforms, and languages such as Unity, Unreal, and C#
• Experience with 3D modeling, animation, and game development
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
