Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Cloud Migration Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Cloud Migration Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the migration of our company's applications and data to the cloud. You will play a crucial role in driving the transformation of our business by leveraging cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the migration process of applications and data to the cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop a cloud migration strategy that aligns with our company's goals.
• Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems and applications to identify potential risks and challenges in the migration process.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure that all necessary infrastructure and resources are in place for a successful migration.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the migration team and resolve any issues that may arise during the migration process.
• Develop and implement best practices for cloud migration and ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
• Monitor the progress of the migration and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct post-migration reviews to ensure that all systems and applications are functioning properly in the cloud environment.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to optimize the cloud environment and enhance performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud migration, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud computing technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure concepts related to cloud migration.
• Proven experience in developing and executing cloud migration strategies.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Certifications in cloud technologies are highly desirable.
