Job Overview: As a Junior API Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and implementation of API integrations for our clients. You will work closely with our senior API Integration Specialists to understand client requirements, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure successful integration of APIs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior API Integration Specialists to gather and analyze client requirements
• Develop and implement custom API solutions based on client needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with existing API integrations
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration of APIs
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Keep up to date with the latest API trends and technologies to continuously improve our integration capabilities
• Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to the senior API Integration Specialists
• Assist in documenting API integration processes for future reference

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in API integration or a related role
• Strong understanding of API protocols and standards (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
• Experience with API development and integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Postman, or Apigee
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Familiarity with database management and SQL
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
