Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software deployment engineers to ensure successful and timely deployment of software systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, quality assurance, project managers, and operations, to plan and coordinate software releases.
Develop and maintain deployment processes, tools, and automation to streamline the deployment process and improve efficiency.

Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of years of experience as a software deployment engineer or a similar role.
Proven experience in leading and managing a team of engineers.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle and deployment processes.
Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Experience with automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
