Job Description: Are you passionate about cloud computing and ensuring the reliability of cloud-based systems? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Lead Cloud Reliability Engineer.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining highly reliable and scalable cloud infrastructure. You will lead a team of engineers in the development of new cloud-based products and services, as well as the enhancement of existing ones. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our cloud systems and to drive continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement highly reliable and scalable cloud infrastructure to support our products and services.
• Lead a team of engineers to develop and maintain cloud-based systems, ensuring their reliability and availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Define and implement best practices for cloud infrastructure, including monitoring, alerting, and disaster recovery.
• Develop and maintain automation tools and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to cloud infrastructure, including performance and availability.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud engineering, with a focus on reliability and scalability.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience in leading and managing teams of engineers, including setting goals, providing feedback, and evaluating performance.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure as code and automation tools, such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for continuous learning and keeping up with the latest technologies and best practices in cloud computing.
