Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the AI development team to understand project requirements and timelines
Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines
Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential risks and issues, and implementing solutions to ensure timely delivery
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure data integrity for AI projects
Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for project improvements
Communicate project updates, progress, and results to senior management and stakeholders
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support AI operations
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations
Mentor and train junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge in AI operations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the AI or technology industry
Strong understanding of AI technologies and methodologies
Experience with project management tools and methodologies
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
