Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to support the growth and success of the AI division
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the AI division, including project management, resource allocation, and budgeting
• Collaborate with the AI development team to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Monitor project progress and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction
• Identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues that may arise during project execution
• Oversee the hiring, training, and development of the AI operations team
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the AI division, identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI technology and industry trends to inform decision-making and strategy development
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the AI division and any significant developments or challenges

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and operations, preferably in the AI or technology industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex AI projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• In-depth knowledge of AI technologies and project management methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Project management certification (PMP) is a plus
