Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven products, from idea generation to execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, designers, and product managers to define product strategy and roadmap
Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy
Define and document product requirements, features, and functionalities, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
Develop and maintain product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact and customer feedback
Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch monitoring, including bug fixes and product updates
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather user feedback to continuously improve product performance and user experience
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning and messaging, and support product launches and sales efforts
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI technology, and incorporate them into product development strategies
Mentor and provide guidance to junior product specialists, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development within the team

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years of experience in AI product development
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing AI-driven products in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA and Asana
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members towards a common goal
Passion for innovation and continuous learning, with a curiosity for exploring new AI technologies and their potential applications in product development
