Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Process Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. As an IT Process Manager, you will be responsible for managing and improving the IT processes within our organization. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our IT operations run smoothly and efficiently, ultimately contributing to the overall success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT processes and procedures in line with industry best practices and company goals.
• Evaluate existing IT processes and identify areas for improvement, streamlining and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define process objectives and develop process improvements.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of IT processes, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to IT processes.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established processes and procedures.
• Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders to ensure understanding and adherence to IT processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to IT processes, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our IT processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT process management.
• Solid understanding of IT processes, including ITIL, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and improving IT processes.
• Experience with process modeling and process improvement tools.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications in ITIL, Agile, or project management are a plus.
