Job Overview: As the Lead IT Process Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our IT processes. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process lifecycle, from design and implementation to optimization and continuous improvement. Your expertise in IT process management will be key in driving our company's success and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT processes and procedures in alignment with industry best practices and company goals.
• Lead and manage a team of IT process analysts to ensure consistent and effective execution of all IT processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities.
• Conduct regular process audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and efficiency of IT processes.
• Define and maintain process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure all team members are knowledgeable about IT processes and their role in the process.
• Lead the implementation of process automation and optimization initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in IT process management and make recommendations for their integration into the company's processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other teams on process-related matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT process management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management principles.
• Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing IT processes in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with process automation and optimization tools.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus.
• ITIL certification is preferred.
