Salary: $171000 - $208000

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Network Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Cloud Network Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing our cloud network infrastructure. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure efficient and effective utilization of cloud resources and services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud computing, networking, and security principles, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement secure, scalable, and highly available cloud network infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain network architecture documentation, including diagrams, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot existing cloud network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Develop and implement network security protocols and best practices to protect against cyber threats.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve network performance, security, and cost efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of the cloud network infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the IT team and other stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in cloud computing and networking.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Network Architect, preferably in a cloud environment.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud computing concepts and technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of networking principles, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.
• Experience with network security protocols, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPN.
• In-depth knowledge of virtualization technologies, including VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, are a plus.
