Salary: $123 Per hour

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead IoT Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Lead IoT Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge IoT solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Lead the development and deployment of IoT solutions, including hardware and software components, for our clients.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

3. Design and develop embedded systems and devices for IoT solutions, including sensors, actuators, and microcontrollers.

4. Develop and implement communication protocols for IoT devices to enable data transfer and analysis.

5. Perform system integration and testing to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of IoT solutions.

6. Conduct research and stay updated on the latest IoT technologies, tools, and trends to continuously improve our solutions.

7. Manage and mentor a team of IoT engineers, providing technical guidance, training, and support to ensure project success.

8. Collaborate with project managers to define project timelines and deliverables, and ensure timely completion of projects within budget.

9. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IoT solutions, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery to clients.

10. Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.

Qualifications:

• 1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IoT engineering, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.

3. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with IoT technologies, such as sensors, embedded systems, communication protocols, cloud computing, and data analytics.

4. Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, and Python.

5. Experience with hardware design and development, including schematic design, PCB layout, and testing.

6. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

9. Leadership qualities, with the ability to mentor and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
