Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of machine vision systems for our company's products
• Conduct in-depth research and stay updated with the latest advancements in machine vision technology
• Develop algorithms, models, and software tools for image processing, object detection, and recognition
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide technical guidance
• Manage and mentor a team of machine vision engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
• Conduct testing and validation of machine vision systems to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions
• Participate in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and management
• Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and regulations related to machine vision technology and integrate them into our processes and systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in developing machine vision systems, with a focus on image processing and computer vision algorithms
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of engineers
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, and MATLAB
• Experience with machine learning techniques and frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
• In-depth knowledge of image processing techniques, feature extraction, and image segmentation
• Familiarity with hardware components and systems such as cameras, lenses, lighting, and image sensors
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data and systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
