Job Title: Principal AI Strategy Consultant

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $138 Per hour

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Principal AI Strategy Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Principal AI Strategy Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to our clients in the development and implementation of AI strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, design AI solutions, and drive the adoption of AI technologies to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI technologies, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI strategies for clients across various industries and sectors.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, design AI solutions, and drive the adoption of AI technologies.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and business opportunities for clients.
• Define and prioritize key business objectives, KPIs, and success metrics for AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and requirements, and provide strategic recommendations for AI solution implementation.
• Create business cases and ROI analyses to demonstrate the value and impact of AI solutions.
• Develop and deliver presentations, workshops, and training sessions to educate clients on AI technologies and their potential business applications.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technologies and their potential impact on various industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor for AI strategy and implementation.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants to develop their skills and expertise in AI strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI strategy consulting or a related role.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in AI technologies and their applications in business.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing AI strategies for clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching junior team members.
